bananas, probiotics, fiber foods, and vegetables
We have talked about eating a banana in the morning. This low residue food with "bulk" pushes
foodstuffs through your digestive tubing and helps eliminate previous meals. The normal daily rythum is based
on Melatonin being produced at night which helps you sleep, and your bowels becoming active in the early morning in
order to eliminate foods you ate the day before. In a healthy cycle you to the bathroom early the next
day.
What else besides a banana may help? Probiotic Bacteria can be found in many breakfast drinks and in
many yogurts. These help populate your gut with organisms that digest foods.
If your system isn't irritated, then fibrous foods like bran, vegetables, roughage, will help your system by
cleaning the walls of the tubes, pushing foods through the intestinal tubes, and providing many vitamins and
minerals.
